Jean-Yves JOLLANS has been bringing the 30 years’ aeronautical experience since 2005.

As an aeronautical engineer, he began his career as a fighter pilot (Air Defense) of Mirage F1C and Mirage 2000-RDI.

He was passionate about the human relations and the close link between human factors and accidents. He chose to attend the dedicated training and then was selected to follow psychology training in Sorbonne.

As a psychologist, he was selected to participate in the establishment of BEAD –air where he became a human factors officer. For this reason, he developed a method of human factors analysis and witness hearing techniques for incident and accident investigations. He validated the methods when having different national and international investigations; meanwhile, he conducted the team for BEAD-air.

Upon leaving BEAD-air, he joined Air Force headquarters where he initiated the establishment of systematic flight analysis for 1 year.

In order to meet the satisfaction of investigation, he joined Biomedical Research Institute of Armed Forces. He participated in different research projects of human factors; he implemented the programs of resource management (crew, maintenance, team) within the state’s aeronautical, maritime and medical entities. He developed a method to analyze human factors based on human factor and classification analysis systems.

Thanks to the fame of Jean-Yves, he was contacted by national transportation organizations as well as by the hospital to establish the implementation plans of human factors and CRM.
