Christopher Bon has been brining the 26years’ aeronautical experience to IFSA since 2008.

He is aeronautical engineer who graduated from ENSICA Toulouse. He run his career as an armament engineer in armament division

Passionate about the sphere of aeronautical turbomachinery, he turned at the beginning his career to the turbomachinery maintenance and worked for the industry’s aeronautical workshop in Bordeaux. For a few years, he was the technical manager of M53 (engine of Mirage 2000) to validate the maintenance process and perform numerous technical reviews, aging studies and expertise with industrial high technology.

He worked for 2 years for contracting MCO aeronautical materials of defense. Then in 2007 he joined BEA where he became an accident investigator.

Therefore, he conducted the investigations as a leader under National Defense to investigate many accidents in outside operations. His knowledge of material expertise process allows him to support the other investigator colleagues in this domain, especially when malfunctions occur in turbo machinery.

In parallel with his activity as an engineer, Christopher Bon is a pilot of military corps in DGA. He is qualified in multi-engine instrument flight, total flight hours around 1100h.
