Nicolas LEROY

Former air force transport pilot (C130, C160, DHC6),


Nicolas has completed more than 6,300 flight hours.
Qualified instructor and peloton leader, he has carried numerous missions abroad.

During his career, he has held many positions related to aviation safety:
aviation safety officer, operational use officer, chief of flight operations,
aviation safety investigator, aviation safety advisor.

After spending 5 years at the BEA-E,where he was responsible for the training of investigators and
investigated more than 20 investigations (plane, helicopter, drone) in most state organizations,
he joined the General Staff of the Air Force at the Air Safety Office.

He was then Air Safety Advisor for DGSCGC before joining IFSA as Air Safety Project Manager.

Engineer from the Ecole de l’Air, Nicolas has a Human Factors diploma obtained from the Paris Diderot faculty. He also followed the course of the NATO Defense College.
